🇨🇦 Talkpod A36plus MAX is a good handset to communicate with other amateur-class devices.

This a a good handset to communicate with other amateur-class devices. The included antennae do an excellent job of receiving and sending within their rated wavelengths. Where this devices doesn't do as good a job is in the reception of frequencies where the radio can reach but not the antenna. The squelch settings will not correct this, either.

This has been a nice experience nonetheless, and having USB-C charging enabled without any addons means I'll be carrying it often during my future expeditions.
