2015
First DMR radios
Innovators in Commercial DMR Radios: Talkpod has been at the forefront of developing cutting-edge commercial DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) two-way radios. Our commitment to providing reliable and efficient communication solutions has earned us a reputation for excellence in the industry.
Talkpod is the first Chinese company to fully support full digital mobile radio (DMR) products, releasing the famous D5 series of products and serving the BRICS Xiamen Summit.
2016
First POC radios
Pioneers in POC (Push-to-Talk over Cellular): We've embraced the future of communication with our development of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (POC) technology. Talkpod's POC solutions have revolutionized how businesses and organizations stay connected, offering instant and efficient communication over cellular networks.
Talkpod is the first Chinese company to adjust and start selling POC products in Europe and North America. The N55 series of products has been widely recognized by customers in more than 40 countries and regions around the world since its release.
2019
First Smart PTT Terminals
Smart PTT (Push-to-Talk) Terminals: Our intelligent PTT terminals are designed to meet the evolving needs of modern communication. These terminals integrate advanced features and capabilities, enabling seamless and efficient communication for a wide range of applications.
Talkpod N58 was the first to release Smart PTT (Push-to-Talk) Terminals with a 2.4-inch touch screen, and won recognition in the American and Latin American markets. In its first year, global shipments ranked first in the world. (*Data comes from China Customs data)
