So happy with this order -- powerful, easy to use, has great range transmitting and receiving, and has a great battery life. The interchangeable antennae make for great reception if you need it, and it's easy to switch to FM or Environment Canada radio forecasts for weather. The scan function is sensitive and works well. The included ear piece is comfortable to secure on your clothing, wear and use, but also perfect as a handheld. Really have no recommendations for improvements -- this is a great radio! Very highly recommended.
