Operating via local tactical channels—including the BR3AO analog repeater (439.950 MHz, -8 MHz offset, T118.8) and the primary simplex frequency (438.550 MHz)—participants engaged in a comprehensive operational matrix:

Emergency Communications Drill: Simulating rapid-deployment, infrastructure-free field setups to bridge vital local and long-distance communication links.
