ON7ARW: Linkpoon Virtual Amateur App working well with Inrico S380

Ivo Van Wolvelaer has discovered an inconsistency between his Inrico S200 and S380 models when it use with Linkpoon Virtual Amateur app. The S200's side PTT button is not registering input, while the S380's PTT functions as a toggle, switching between transmit and receive.
