Talkpod is proud to have been invited to participate in the grand opening ceremony of the Nan'an Two-way Radio Industry Development Museum. Located in the Hanhou Museum within the Xiamei photovoltaic information industry base, the museum celebrates the rich history and bright future of Nan'an's walkie-talkie industry.
The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests including Nan'an Mayor Wang Lianzan and Yi Huiquan, along with leaders from Talkpod and Hytera.
Since the 1970s, Nan'an residents, with their entrepreneurial spirit, have pioneered the walkie-talkie industry. From humble beginnings, Nan'an has grown into a global hub for walkie-talkie production and sales, boasting over 130 manufacturers and 800 distributors. Annually, the city produces and sells more than 50 million walkie-talkies. The "Made in Nan'an" label has become synonymous with quality and reliability, with products exported to over 80 countries and regions.
The museum showcases a collection of Talkpod's most iconic walkie-talkies, highlighting the company's role in driving innovation and shaping the industry. Talkpod's inclusion in the museum underscores its commitment to advancing communication technology and its significant contributions to the global walkie-talkie market.
Looking ahead, Nan'an city plans to leverage the museum as a platform to foster innovation and drive industry transformation.
