Dubai, United Arab Emirates – October 18, 2024
Talkpod has successfully made its mark in the Middle East market following a recent trade mission to Dubai led by the Nan'an municipal government. As part of a larger delegation of Nan'an-based walkie-talkie companies, Talkpod showcased its latest products and technologies at the Dubai Electronics (Walkie-Talkie) Products Exhibition and Industry Promotion Conference.
The event, which attracted numerous Middle Eastern buyers, saw Nan'an companies secure over 100 million yuan in intended purchase orders. Talkpod, along with other industry leaders such as Hytera, BaoFeng, MingYuantong, Yuantuo Electronics, Jingtong Electronics, and Ruider, showcased their innovative products and solutions, generating significant interest among potential customers.
To further support local businesses and attract more foreign investment, Nan'an is planning to establish an electronics exhibition and leverage its extensive overseas network of Chinese communities and business associations. The city has also recently introduced a special action plan to promote the development of the walkie-talkie industry in the Middle East market.
With over 4 million overseas Chinese and more than 500,000 people engaged in production and sales worldwide, Nan'an has a strong global network. The city's walkie-talkie industry, which accounts for one-third of the global market, is well-positioned to capitalize on this network and expand its reach in the Middle East.
