I am fairly new to long range radios but I am impressed with the talkpod a36 plus. It comes with everything I can imagine you may need for usage. Regular and extra length antenna, clips, earpiece, chargers etc. It has a great battery with awesome battery life and you can charge it with the plug in charger or with USB C which I find super helpful. I still have to use it more to get used to it and know all the ins and outs but it seems like a great little radio!
