Empowering the Next Generation: Talkpod Honored for a Decade of Community Support at Nan'an Student Aid Gala

NAN’AN, CHINA – February 10, 2026

On February 7th, the Nan'an Student Aid Volunteer Association celebrated a major milestone: its 10th Anniversary Gala, themed "Ten Years of Aid: Small Lights Gathering into a Galaxy." The event brought together government leaders, philanthropic organizations, and community partners to celebrate a decade of impact in regional education.

Talkpod was proud to be an invited guest at this prestigious gathering, which served as both a reflection on ten years of service and a roadmap for the future of community welfare in Nan’an.

A Decade of Transformative Impact

The gala highlighted the Association’s profound influence over the past decade. With footprints in all 26 townships and sub-districts of Nan'an, the organization has:

Supported a total of 664 students, with 323 currently receiving ongoing aid.
Helped 126 students successfully achieve their dreams of attending university.
Mobilized over 11.91 million RMB in funds and supplies through 500+ community outreach events.

During the ceremony, Wang Zhihong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Nan'an Municipal Committee and Director of the Organization Department, commended the Association and its partners for their "unwavering commitment to kindness and the silent dedication that fuels regional growth."

Talkpod Recognized as a "Compassionate Enterprise"

A core highlight for our team was the official recognition of Talkpod’s long-term commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Talkpod was honored with the "Compassionate Enterprise" award, a testament to our decade-long involvement in rural education and student support programs.

In addition to the corporate award, Talkpod General Manager Roger Chen was officially appointed as a Director  of the Nan'an Student Aid Volunteer Association. This appointment reflects Talkpod’s proactive stance in leadership within the philanthropic sector, moving beyond financial contributions to strategic participation in community development.
