Talkpod Reinforces Commitment to Compliance at Key Industry Training

Nan'an, China – August 29, 2025

Talkpod was honored to be invited to a critical training and development conference focused on the quality of public network trunking radios and lithium-ion batteries. The event, held on August 27th at the Nan'an Xiamei Town Innovation Building, was jointly hosted by the Nan'an and Quanzhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureaus, among other government bodies. The primary goal was to enhance legal compliance for walkie-talkie enterprises, mitigate business risks, and promote high-quality industry development.

The seminar provided invaluable guidance on navigating the complex regulatory landscape. Mr. Lin Qingquan, Section Chief of the Nan'an Market Supervision Bureau, addressed common industry issues and legal risks, emphasizing the critical importance of compliant operations in today's increasingly competitive market.

Experts from the Fujian Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute shared their extensive knowledge. Ms. Huang Lili provided a one-stop guide on the core certification requirements for public network radios to enter global markets. Mr. Wang Lin gave a detailed presentation on the new rules for China Compulsory Certification (CCC) for lithium-ion batteries and battery packs, a crucial topic for our industry. Additionally, Mr. Yue Mulin, a senior engineer, outlined the inspection capabilities available to help companies avoid market risks and enhance product quality.

Talkpod is proud to have been a proactive leader in this area. Well before the new regulations came into full effect in 2024, we had already taken the initiative to ensure that the majority of our lithium-ion batteries were marked with the CCC logo and had received the necessary certification. More recently, our explosion-proof batteries and ATEX explosion-proof radios also successfully obtained their CCC certifications, a testament to our forward-thinking approach.

The insights gained from this conference will further shape our strategy. Following this event, Talkpod will officially initiate the CCC certification process for our PoC 4G devices. Our participation in this training reinforces our firm belief that compliance and user safety are non-negotiable.
